2013 FALL ONLINE REGISTRATION

**The $25 Annual Family Membership fee will be charged, if not already paid with Spring Registration. The annual fee contributes to the overall expenses that the organization incurs in advertising, postage, insurance, and other fees that are not paid for by the individual sport programs. The annual fee entitles each family to a vote in general membership meeting proceedings of the organization and eligibility for members' children to participate in activities.

**The $10 LOUYAA Field/Facility Fee will be added to each registration, as it is necessary to offset increases in charges for the use of fields and facilities where our children play all year.

FAMILY FEES, FIELD FEES, LATE FEES are Not Refundable

Full refunds are available if requested within 2 weeks of the last day of on-time registration
(2 weeks beyond date of late fees going into effect) with a $10 administrative fee imposed.

Refund Requests submitted beyond the 2 week time frame past on-time registration will receive a 50% refund of the sports fee charged.
No refunds will be given after the completion of the second week of practice.

Late fees, Field Fees and Annual Membership Dues are non-refundable.
