Girls Lacrosse (LAX) Details
Season Format
- Games only! Fun, flexible, and a chance to warm up for the Spring Season!
- Experience preferred since there are no practices.
- 8 Games
- Season typically runs December-February: Schedule to Follow
- Equipment Required for games: Crosse (Girls Lacrosse Stick), Goggles,
Mouthguard
Team Assignments
Team placement will be determined based on number of registrations, level of experience and school grade. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests, depending on availability.
Middle School- Experienced : Grades 6-8
- Experienced Players on Middle School teams play at the Carroll Indoor Sports Center in Westminster, MD
- Games are typically Saturdays from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Schedule to follow.
- US Lacrosse trained Coaching Staff for experienced teams.

Middle School-Novice : Grades 6-8 / Elementary School : Grades 2-5
- Additional teams, Novice teams, and elementary school teams may be formed to play with the WMYLC at the Frederick SportsPlex.
- Teaching Clinics may be available for new players.
- Games are typically on Sundays. Schedule to follow.
- Coaches Needed
- All participants are required to fill out a waiver form.
