We have been working on making this year the best LOUYAA cheer season yet!!!
Teams:
This year we will have cheer teams for all of LOUYAA (Linganore, Oakdale and
Urbana). We will be placing children in the correct team according to their
ages as per our league bylaws.

Practices:
We will start out practices 3-4 times per week, for the first two weeks,
then once school starts we will go to 2 times per week. Typically they will
be on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but occasionally may have to fall on a Monday
or Wednesday.
End of Season Competition:
We will continue to participate in the MMYFCL Season End Competition. This
is a fun way for the girls to end their season and show off skills they have
been working on all year! Information will come later on the exact details
of location/dates/times.
What will I need??:
-Every child will need to have an MVA ID card per our league rules (MMYFCL)
-Cheer Shoes: Converse Dismount or Handspring Shoe. You can purchase these
on

or
www.omnicheer.com
-Boy Short bloomers (Oakdale and Linganore-black, Urbana-navy)
-Crop Top (Oakdale and Linganore-black, Urbana-navy)
-We will issue each child a bag with practice wear (t-shirt and shorts)
-Every Child will also be issued a cheer uniform. You will need to turn over
a $100 security deposit check in order to receive on. This will happen the
first week or two of practice.
