The Central Maryland Boys Lacrosse Camp

The mission of the annual Central Maryland Lacrosse Camp is to teach the fundamental skills of lacrosse to boys entering 1st through 9th grade. The camp will provide developmentally appropriate activities and opportunities for boys of all skill levels to experience success. The importance of education, displaying sportsmanship, and preserving the integrity of the game are a major focus of the camp. The CMLC also serves as a vehicle for the promotion and growth of the sport of lacrosse

Location: Urbana High School
Session: June 29 -July 2, 2009 Times: 8:00AM - 12:00PM
Attendees: Boys, Grades 1st - 9th
Cost: $110 per camper (registrations after 06/01/09 will be accepted; a $10 late fee will be assessed- total payment after 06/01/09 will be $120)

Game Breaker Lacrosse Camp- Annapolis

This GameBreaker Camp will be directed by former collegiate All-American, Erin Schade. Erin was a prolific scorer and standout at the University of North Carolina where she graduated with a degree in Education. The Tar Heels were perennially ranked at the top of the NCAA rankings during her stay there. Erin was a two-time All-ACC selection and was voted a First Team All-American. At the time of her graduation, Erin held many of the UNC scoring records. She was recently the coach of Team Georgia, an all-star team made up of the top high school players in the state.

Erin is currently a schoolteacher in Virginia, where she also coaches high school lacrosse.  She has been involved with lacrosse camps for over ten years.

Game Breaker Lacrosse Camp- Goucher College

Jen Dragoni is entering her second year as the Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland.  Before coming to Goucher, she served one year as the Assistant Coach at her alma mater, the University of Maryland Baltimore County.  A graduate of UMBC, Jen was an exceptional player earning First-Team All-Conference honors three times during her four-year career.  She was selected as Player of the Year in the Northeast Conference in 2003, and was chosen as UMBC's Most Outstanding Female Athlete in 2004.  She is currently ranked in the top ten for career goals at UMBC, and she still holds the school record for most assists in a career with 63.  Jen also played in two NCAA tournament games in 2002, and 2003 with UMBC. Jen has an extensive background in working lacrosse camps in many different states, including Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Florida. She is currently pursuing her Masters Degree at Goucher, and will graduate in May of 2007 with a degree in Education concentrating in Athletic Program Leadership and Administration.

Game Breaker Lacrosse Camps

University of Maryland Assistant Coach Tim McGinnis will direct this camp.  Tim is a 2004 Terps graduate, where he had a legendary playing career.  He was a 4-time All-American and 3-time nominee for the Tewaarton Award, given annually to the nation’s top player.  He was also named the 2002 USILA Goalie of the Year.

Coach McGinnis has directed and worked at over 30 camps in his coaching career.  He looks forward to working with Annapolis’ young athletes and coaching the next generation of lacrosse players.
