Please use this form to request a refund for you child. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your refund. If your child has begun practice, please notify the coach also. If you have questions concerning this process, please email the LUYAA Registrar at registrar@luyaa.org.
Refund Policy (rev 10/2007)
All refunds will be directed through the LUYAA webpage, www.luyaa.org. In the event that Internet access is unavailable, please contact the registrar.
Full refunds are available if requested within 2 weeks of the last day of on-time registration (2 weeks beyond date of late fees going into effect) with a $10 administrative fee imposed.
Refund Requests submitted beyond the 2 week time frame past on-time registration will receive a 50% refund of the sports fee charged. No refunds will be given after the completion of the second week of practice. Late fees, Field Fees and Annual Membership Dues are non-refundable.
(*) Unless a child does not make a select or travel team and no intramural team is available in the same sport, or if a child does not make a select or travel team and does not wish to play on an intramural team or if the sport is full at the time of payment or canceled for lack of enrollment
